      Many of the colleagues there are excellent professionals. The benefits are ok.

      It is very difficult to trust anyone there. Internal "competition" is intentionally created as a tool to encourage "innovation". My experience was that this created an environment that stifled collaboration because everyone was an information hoarder. After all, why would you help the people you are competing against, even if they work a few cubes away?
