Pros
We are a fully distributed team. The culture is very transparent and positive. A truly empathetic environment. The first company I've worked for that doesn't treat diversity and equity practices as buzzwords.
Cons
There is room for improvement with benefits and I believe work is being done on this front. There is a hiring need to better focus the work being done.
