      Pros

      Supportive Team, always learning something new, love meeting new clients and seeing their product/business models. Love the remote aspect and the fact that I can do my online work at any hour!

      Cons

      At crunch times, the pace of work can be a lot....but, it's a startup and that's pretty standard for startups.

      Pros

      Such a wonderful place to work and applying to work here a few years ago was by far my best career move! I have been able to grow into areas I never thought I would and take on new responsibilities/projects that I have thoroughly enjoyed. There is a great sense of respect and feeling valued at Avra by both the CEO and fellow team members.

      Cons

      No Cons for me personally, but you have to understand the startup world and not everyone is cut out for that type of environment.

      Small core team Leadership makes decisions quickly There's a collaborative attitude among team members Great work/life balance Lots of opportunities to learn new skills

      Cons

      Frequent changes in strategy and priorities - if you don't like change this would be a con Heavily reliant on async communication using Slack (so if this isn't your thing, its a con)
