      Could Not Be Worse.

      Pros

      Good coworkers and decent pay

      Cons

      Terrible management, zero empathy or integrity for employees, shady business practices, rampant nepotism and favoritism...honestly, the list could go on forever. In addition, clients are being mistreated regularly, the company commits fraud constantly, and you'd be hard-pressed to find any employee who has been there over six months who doesn't hate their job. The $14/hr starting pay may be tempting but it's not worth it. Trust me!

      Pros

      This is a great 24hr job. If you need money, there are usually some set of hours to fit your schedule. Your fellow co-workers are very genuine people and very transparent. You will know most of them pretty well within the first few months.

      Cons

      Lots. Big ones are NO respect by consumers or management. You are replaceable, and will be at the first opportunity. If you are a brown-noser, you will go very far in this company. If you are hard working individual just trying to make ends meet, look somewhere else for a job. If your a hard worker, you will become very frustrated that your efforts go unrecognized by management, and most likely end up quitting within 6 months. This company has a very high turnover rate. You will be lucky if anyone stays more than 1 year, and anyone that has been there longer than 5 years you should be very wary of them. Anyone that has been there longer than 5 years has succumbed to the brown-nosing and will throw you under the bus if given the opportunity.
