She treats the ladies in the company like nothing meanwhile the guys are praised even when they aren’t doing anything. Expected to do hard work with no intentions on paying you more. Salespeople will make your job 10x harder than it has to be and the CEO will always take their side. Things tend to get pushed back constantly because employees in the company are afraid to speak up to the CEO. CEO is always right and will eventually fire you if question anything she does wrong (which happens OFTEN)
