I love every second of my day at the AWM The people I am surrounded by on a daily basis make me feel safe and welcome and I could never ask for anything more. The work is amazing, I learn so many wonderful things every day and I am filled with pride when I get to tell people where I work.
Cons
I can't do more hours.

in this position i have dealt with a variety of visitors and contractors. I have been able to work on some of the largest nationally significant events in the country. I have been able to grow my skills and knowledge base with fun hands on experience.
Cons
there is a strong emphasis on administrative processes that at times can hinder the progress of a project
