Pros

Great scope of work. European team seem to be close knit. Global entity.

Cons

Toxic culture rife with bullying, public intimidation and humiliation due to organization employing individuals not fit for management causing a skills bleed for the organization even brokers see that problem. Deliberately misleading people in interviews to sell the role at any cost, the realty was a stark difference, be honest with people. Unreasonable work expectations. Zero collaboration and team work. Lack of training and proper guidance i.e. shadowing. Close Zero work life balance.
