      Unstable company with bad management

      Honestly, the only good I can think of is the product.

      Cons

      Upper management, mainly the company's CEO, is this company's biggest problem. He gets directly involved in the smallest matters and changes his mind constantly, effectively grinding productivity to a halt. Poor management at many levels, and chaotic priorities arising from unstable CEO. By the time I was laid off, so many people had been laid off that the office was like a ghost town. Conflicting stories as to what was happening came from upper management almost daily. Morale was beyond bad. People in constant fear for their jobs struggle on daily basis With CEO, a highly unstable person. They relocate employees with their families and fire them after a month or two. Every 2 month the CEO is having a mental breakdown and is firing a group of people. I can't recommend this company to anyone.

      There seriously aren't any positive words.

      The company had an employee write several untrue positive reviews on Glassdoor.com a few days apart from each other in order to hide the true bad reviews given by all their employees they screwed over and laid off.

      Pros

      As a re-hired former employee, I decided to come back to AXI after seeing first hand that the corporate culture is far more conducive to production, focused on growth as a professional, and empowers the staff with the tools and means necessary to handle their responsibilities than from the past. Aside from great benefits, flexibility, etc., it's great working here because you are not micro managed. If you're talented, work hard, organized, and can deliver, this is a great place to be.

      Cons

      The company has some technical limitations like slow internet speed, but that is being worked on. Coming from a more relaxed work environment, having to "dress up" daily has become tiresome, but you get used to it.
