      - Racist company - Religious discrimination is highly normalized - The whole company is from the same neighborhood; managers just hire their neighbor without any interview. - CXOs and Middle Management are just a bunch of toys in the hand of the CEO who's also an unprofessional person and very racist. - I left when an employee committed suicide because of how bad they were treated.

      Pros

      Amazing team, everyone supports each other and no backbiting. Team spirit and the environment are really great and welcoming. Flexible working hours and home office. You have a talent development plan where you can grow your technical and soft skills too. Open door policy, the management is always open to feedback and new ideas.

      Cons

      Like all companies, there's still room for improvement but in general, its a good place to work at.
