      Lots of opportunity to grow, learn and exhibit your skills. You will be able to add value and see the impact in real time. Remote work allows flexibility, though it might look like a small company from outside, it is always ahead of the curve and a front runner in its space.

      Pros

      I’ve been really happy working at AYMES since I joined. The team is genuinely welcoming and supportive, which made settling in very easy. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and even though we work remotely, I still feel very connected to everyone. The work–life balance is good, and there’s a lot of trust and flexibility in how you manage your time. I also really value that the products are carefully designed and held to high standards, which makes the work feel meaningful.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, processes can still be evolving, which can sometimes lead to a lack of clarity or structure. However, this also comes with the opportunity to contribute and help shape how things develop.
