      Toxic leadership from the top down. Negative place with impossible workloads, mediocre pay and benefits, and heavily charged political environment.

      Great people but too much administrative overhead

      Open and amicable CEO. Great working team.

      Cons

      You get bombarded by messages from multiple sources (Slack, Jira, Confluence, Gmail, etc) all day long. You get thrown into meetings constantly, even in those you are not needed so "you are aware" making necessary to work overtime to catch up. Even with organizational tools, you are expected to fill Google Sheets formats. A big part of the development team are not fluent in english, making the communication very complicated. Finally, time tracking... it's extremely inconvenient.

      Pros

      I have loved working at AZDS for the past (almost) two years. Not only is it a great place to work (unlimited FPTO that you're encouraged to take, hybrid work schedule, travel opportunities, interesting clients, fun culture and events), but they've also invested in my professional career growth. I recently was selected to participate in the Communicate to Elevate program and grew my ability to give more effective presentations, get my point across during pitches, and communicate more effectively with my team. I feel empowered to continue advancing in my responsibilities and roles.

      Cons

      If a fast-paced environment isn't your jam, then this will not be the right environment for you. As a small agency, you need to be flexible and agile in order to properly service projects and clients.
