Pros

Salary was good, but zero chance of making bonus…so it has to be.

Cons

Leadership has zero clue on how to run a company..they should feel guilty about running a family company into the ground. I will be shocked if they are in business in a year. Employees continue to jump this sinking ship every day.

The people in the field and in the corporate office that are doing the daily work.

Cons

Leadership is solely focused on sales but lack of focus on infrastructure has caused layoffs and severe AR issues as well as AP issues with vendors.

Pros

A stable work environment and friendly people. If you have any problems, management is always there to help. Coming from the animal field, I learned a lot about distribution and receiving.

Cons

In my situation, it's a dead end job. I don't really have an interest in working the office or sales so I am looking for other opportunities. My hard work also feels unnoticed at times since the branch that makes the big decisions is in Phoenix, Arizona.
