Great Company to work

Pros

I have been with the company for 7 plus years. This job is faced paced and keeps you on your toes. Great job for people that enjoy attention to detail and busy atmosphere. In my position, we deal with clients and their customers all day answering questions, scheduling services and assisting with needs. The company does well with being team oriented and working together to get a positive resolution for clients. Company strives to have a good work environment and satisfied employees.

Cons

With every job there are some Cons. Being in Customer Service sometimes you have to deal with irate customers or Vendors. With the many changes in the Industry, the company has to adapt to changes and maintain positive financial growth.
