Pros

Very flexible hours and freedom to manage your time Absolutely fantastic team of peers and lower level management Travel opportunities for certain departments Training budget and WFH setup budget One free meal a month if sales are up One free Greggs pastry a month

Cons

Ridiculous workload for the pay, after working at a different company for a good while now, I realise just how overworked and underpaid I was. Lack of real support and resources to manage said workload. Staff in different departments get treated blatantly differently. Bonuses are advertised as a perk, however they're not guaranteed and often don't amount to much. An approach of "Quantity over quality" regarding products. Little to no career growth opportunities.

Response from AZoNetwork Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the flexible hours, strong peer culture, travel opportunities, and support for training and WFH setups. These are core parts of our culture, and it's great to see them reflected in your experience. That said, we’re sorry to hear some areas didn’t meet expectations. Workload and resourcing are things we monitor closely, and while we recognise some roles can be demanding, we’re actively working to ensure sustainability and better balance across teams. On progression: we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that opportunities are lacking. As a ~50-person company, paths may look different than in larger organisations—but we have many examples of team members moving into more senior roles or across departments. Progression depends on a mix of business need, opportunity, and individual competence. Regarding turnover, the claim that 20% of the team left without replacements isn’t accurate—we’ve welcomed 8 new hires and seen 10 departures in the past year. While every exit matters, this level of movement is not unusual for our size and sector. Finally, bonuses are a company-wide reflection of shared success—not guaranteed, but awarded based on overall performance and collaborative contribution. We continue to refine this approach for transparency and impact. We appreciate your time at AZoNetwork and wish you all the best in your future career. — AZoNetwork

Pros

Not really any pros that I can think of other than very relaxed management

Cons

No career progression, company is made of blokes in 50s who think their ideas are innovative, overall culture among more junior stuff is very toxic and gossip heavy. Senior team members are known to lie to people about other people's salaries and promote people on a whim. Overall, very little accountability and feedback to staff, would not recommend this place to anyone in their right mind.

Response from AZoNetwork Thank you for your feedback and for your time at AZoNetwork. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t align with your expectations. While no workplace is perfect, we must clarify that some of the comments made are demonstrably untrue and do not reflect the reality of how we operate as a business or support our team. We have clear examples of career progression, consistent performance reviews, and a strong, collaborative culture that many current and former employees value highly. That said, as with anything in life, not every environment is the right fit for every individual—and it sounds like that may have been the case here. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours and thank you again for your contribution during your time with us. — AZoNetwork

Pros

Majority of the team are nice Real flexible working in terms of hours Good short term benefits such as Amazon vouchers and afternoons off in Friday

Cons

Prior to Covid the working from home benefits were completely unfair. Some people were allowed to work from home as much as they wanted, others only for certain special circumstances with the excuse being ‘you knew where the office was when you applied’ Lots of internal drama between teams. The RMs would often shift the blame on to others when there sales are low, blaming quality of work. Some people don’t respect peoples lives out side of work and will contact them at all hours, even if off sick. Management will often leave stuff for lower members of staff to do when it’s their responsibility. Pay is very low and while they have a good bonus structure for non-sales staff this is used against people when asking for pay rises and the bonus isn’t even guaranteed.
