      Pros

      AaDya is an amazing tech company, I have had the privilege of working with so many talented professionals. We are on the forefront of creating a product that will be a game changer. We have built a collaborative team that values one another and is passionate about making a difference every single day. Together we look forward to AaDya’s future and how we are contributing to our vision and mission.

      Cons

      I really don’t think we have any cons right now, other than a few growing pains, that are normal for any growing companies.

      Pros

      Great place to work and nice people!! I have a ton of faith in the management team, a good mix of people that have done this before but also want to help each other. There are days I feel like I'm back in college working with some of the coolest people.

      Cons

      Like any startup we will have growing pains. The founder is trying to deal with many different items at once but is always honest with us. I'm not sure how he deals with all of this at once but we know he is trying his hardest to make us all successful even if he messes up.

      Pros

      The best part about working for AaDya was the team. Somehow, a great group of people got swindled into being part of this facade. Great overall product idea but the inability to get everyone on the same page with 'what' it will or should be is a huge downfall.

      Cons

      Being belittled and yelled in front of coworkers for having an opinion or idea that is different than the Founder. The empty apologies that would follow were nothing but lip service. Promises to 'not do that again' didn't last long. Lack of direction and vision from upper management. A false appearance of transparency.

      You are correct, start-ups are not for everyone. Our industry is changing rapidly and constantly evolving. Growth and change are hard and sometimes we need to make difficult decisions. Thank you for sharing your feedback for our leadership team.
