Questions are answered with questions and you are made out to look stupid if you don't know something. Swore at by senior management whilst on customer premises. Never paid for overtime but told that overtime is only if something REALLY goes wrong, which quickly turned into every single night as they'd plan you on a job for one day which clearly needs more time! Other engineers agreed on the scheduling being very unrealistic. Forced to try and finish two day jobs in one day. On-call all year round for nothing extra, expected to get on with it as part of your salary. Owners expect you to want to work on their business in your own time as much as they do They speak down to people all the time, one of the directors would even shout at his wife in the office which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable, felt sorry for the poor lady. Barbaric call center environment Made to feel like you are a worthless bottom feeder whilst the directors go out on lunches and throw you some scraps/leftovers. Rude management with no people skills.
