Aalfs Mfg. has been my employer for over 35 years. They have provided me with many opportunities and helped me grow my career, covering a large arena of skills and knowledge of the denim business. They saw potential and provided on the job training . We have many people who have been with us for 25 + years, which speaks for the company. When I began there we produced 12 styles, all 100% cotton, shipped rigid. We now produce over 300 styles, developed JCPs major brand, sew denim cotton and stretch blends for men, women and children. We also manufacture twill dress garments for men and women, along with FR protective wear . T

Although the denim industry has changed vastly in my 35 years, we have worked together to remain a leader in denim manufacturing. NAFTA presented great challenges and sadly resulted in closing our domestic locations - devastating - but at the same time presented new challenges and opportunities to grow . We continue to operate in Sioux City, Dallas, Minneapolis, Mexico and Nicaragua and have expanded our customer base immensely.
