Flexible timings. CTO and HR are very nice and always ears to each and every employee. Good paymasters. Zero politics and family like work environment. Challenging work ahead. Lot of freedom to give suggestions to improve company environment. Management never takes it negatively. Management and colleagues are very polite. Never heard a voice raise. Management is super expert in conflict management and promotes peaceful and happy environment. You feel happy to come to office every other day. Being a startup, it has its own share of challenges. Location is not so good. Office space is constraint. No proper cafetaria. No Cab service. Less Leaves. No overtime. Not optimal work life balance. Only alternate Saturdays off.
