Dishonest CEO

Pros

None worth mentioning, but if I had to specify, I'd say the alumni network is strong. Aardvark and TMG merged and TMG has employed many traders throughout the Chicago area.

Cons

Doug Adams is the CEO. He has a reputation for dishonesty. He frequently violates traders' contracts and gets away with it because litigation is so time consuming and expensive. He cheated me out of a good chunk of my contractual pay. Avoid this shop. The firm is also dishonest in other ways. They pass on technology costs to traders and billed us for fake expenses. Communication between management and traders is nonexistent.
