I have worked here for 1 year. This company don't deserve good employees. Not a single thing is good in this company.

Cons

Let me describe - 1. First of all the so called HR is horrible. She doesn't have any sense to talk with employees. 2. Thedesign lead thinks she is Leonardo DiCaprio and no one can do better designs except her. 3. There are 4 to 5 employees who think they are running the company. 4. Employees cannot take holidays for 6 months. 5. No good salary package. 6. No new technologies are there. 7. Development team is not very smart. They cannot write clean and systematic codes. In short, please think 100 times before joining this company. Thank you

Don't have anything good to share about it.

Cons

They don't give offer letter while joining. They don't have hire manager to coordinate with owner, employee itself have to coordinate with the owner for all small issues. They don't stick to words. Few employee thinks like they are the boss of the company and judge you and demotivate you to down your morale simply. No compatisation provide for your hard work.

I am working for Aarna Systems for the last 1 year and total 3 years of experience. When I joined the company, many of the employees had already completed avg. 4 years in this company. In my 3 years of career, the type of learning and implementation I saw and experienced so far has helped me a lot to develop my professional skills and confidence. This isn’t the type of company where you can pretend to be smart and hardworking… here you need to be smart and always open to explore new methods, do certification, etc. Company has brilliant and strong clientele and has been able to maintain healthy relationship with the clients. The brands that are associated with the company defines the quality of work company delivers. Employees will come and go. Believe it or not, the company was taken for granted by the new comers. If you want to join the team as a fresher, you need to be more professional at work. Yes, the company has open culture and best infrastructure but not an unprofessional culture.

Cons

Fresher candidates need to understand how to behave in their learning phase. Don’t take the company for granted. Employees need to show maturity in work.
