24/7 business that allows for a variety of shifts
Cons
Promotions, benefits, favoritism. I highly advice looking at other options for full timers. If your a college student this is the position for you.

Pros
A lot of good people. As per the former employee, not everyone does drugs and they do give random drug test. Maybe that is the reason you're no longer working there.
Cons
Same issues as every other ambulance company in NJ. MEDICARE FRAUD. They cut hours or give you overtime and don't pay you on payday. Don't care about their employees, all they care is about the money. Good and experienced EMTs who can not perform their job 100% because fear of getting written up or fired by management. Some inexperienced EMTs who think they know it all and don't listen to experienced EMTs. New hires with 0 experience become supervisors the second day and do nothing while experience employees get murdered in a 8, 12 hour shift. Owner deducts money from employees checks for insurance benefit, cancels their insurance w/o their knowledge, and pockets the money.
