    Pros

Great courses for learning sales, good healthcare benefits, employee discount, open opportunities, growth potential. Commission possibilities.

    Cons

Poor management, unpaid maternity leave, favoritism, the position I'm in has the most responsibility in the company, if you aren't growing in customers, you get less hours.

    Advice to Management

Be open yo everybody, keep your profession and personal life separate, stop showing favoritism, develop your emplyees.

    Pros

Good pay and bonuses are fairly easy to obtain. Family based business.

    Cons

No work/life balance, working 55-70 hours per week. Expensive health insurance.

    Advice to Management

Don't make your stores that have the lowest collections percentage in the company, work until 9pm each night. Reward them for doing well!

I have been working at Aaron's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great company with full benefits.

    Cons

No room for growth unless someone quits. Pay is not competitive and raises are around 15 cent a year if your lucky. Commission requires you hit a goal even though you earn that money. Also they are constantly implementing new policies that you can't keep track.

    Advice to Management

    Up the pay.
