I have been working at Aaron's full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Semi-flexable hours. Benefits are decent. GM and RM are great guys.

    Cons

The hours make it hard to do much outside of work. Co-workers are terrible. Job is sometimes physically demanding. Have been overlooked many times for advancement and strangers with no experience have been hired over me. I have 8 years experience and have the knowledge and experience to do the jobs I have been overlooked for. The pay could be better. The customers and homes I sometimes go into are terrible. I don't recommend doing the PT job or similar elsewhere because of that alone.

I have been working at Aaron's full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Love the perks and discounts you get working here. The 401k match is amazing.

    Cons

Ugh company policies only apply to certain people/regions. You will be treated unfairly if you address certain issues of said imbalance. Bonus structure is good but it takes forever and a day to level up high enough to get a quarterly bonus

I have been working at Aaron's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great prices for clearance items and the occasional guest smile

    Cons

Scheduled shifts don't mean anything. Hr does not care about you, your wellbeing, or ethics but pretend to. If you work hard and do a good job more is expected of you vs if you don't even perform to your job requirements it's expected that the hard worker pick up the slack. The only position that is not required to get on the truck or be a back up delivery person is the CSR.
