Leave: 12 EL and 12 CL, you should get sick in these leaves as there are no sick leaves. There is no compensatory off, say you ended up working on a Sunday (which you will most of the time) then Monday is not off. It's your inefficiency that you could not complete your work on Saturday itself.

A wonderful thing is it is called per diem. Yes, you need to manage all expenses in that Rs. 800 only o other allowances will be entertained.
