100% work from home if your base locations are NOT Hyderabad and Pune. You can do all your personal work as company doesnt have project.

Full of Harassment, HR & Operations teams respond you after a month once their quota of making reels in the office competed. Dummy HR head, Operations Head. All decisions are taken by CEO. 9 HRs daily work from office, no one is there to take care of you. So if you dont have any option any only join it, Dont take base locations Hyderabad and Pune. Here we are suffering like anything. Yash Technology sister company but policies of Yash are followed by our company.
