The familial atmosphere breeds the same contempt you have for the uncle that never shuts up about how he found that perfect job where he never actually has to do any work and can just coast by...and the company he works for is Aatrix. Management can barely manage itself let alone other employees, which leads to down time and deadlines being missed...by the company as a whole. forget interdepartmental communication - that's a pipe dream. the company wants to grow but doesn't understand how to do it resulting in deadlines not being met and goals being set where they shouldn't the CEO is local and just coasts of the profits without reinvesting a lot back into the company *where it matters* - so you get some cushy benefits but an infrastructure that looks like its put together with paperclips, gum and scotch tape...because duct tape is too expensive. Stay away.

The company has outgrown itself and anything it ever imagined it could do, as a result the company is quite short staffed as a whole and most departments and managers run large amounts of overtime.
