      Pros

      They built some highly innovative products and still have a few intelligent and kind people working there.

      Cons

      Toxic gossip culture. Not a lot of intellectual rigor. The founding developers left the company to start their own, called Bored Ghosts Developing (BGD) Labs, because the CEO is incompetent and treats people so poorly. Many other devs have quit Aave to join them.

      Pros

      Free lunch every day, nice office where you can bring your dog or a friend.

      Cons

      No trust, felt used whilst I was needed, unprofessional/inexperienced management with no clue to what they are doing or what needs to be done in the office world.
