Supportive teammates who were always willing to help each other.

Staffing didn't seem to keep up with business growth. Taking on extra work became the expectation rather than the exception, and work-life balance suffered.

Exposure to different systems and financial clients.

Cons

Most days felt reactive instead of organized. Everything was treated as urgent and employees were expected to keep up no matter how overloaded they already were. Work-life balance definitely suffered.
