Business outlook
Pros
Pay is consistently being improved, bonuses and equity are well above average. Raises can be very, very high here. The benefits are quite good. There's free healthcare.
Cons
Management is very rigid about everyone being in-person 5 days a week. With the open office, it can be difficult to focus and overwhelming. It's hard to move laterally, most people tend to stay in the same roles, often for years. 15 days of PTO with no separate sick time can feel like you don't have much time to rest. We don't even have the full day off for 12/24 and 12/31. There are people allowed to WFH but it's rare and on a case by case basis.
