Pros

Feels like a small family owned business and a close knit work place. Benefits are affordable. Uniformity in training.

Cons

Management is too busy for everyone. Management is very quick to take credit from those below them. There's hardly a "good job" said and you're mostly noticed when things go down the drain. Lots of "he said, she said" and blaming others when the real problem stems from the top. Quick to place judgement. LONG HOURS are expected. No chance of advancement pass the local area unless you obtain 8-10 years of staffing experience.
