This is a smaller company that focuses on government contracting in the cleared sector. Because of the company's size, you get the family, work-life balance that you won't get at the bigger companies. The compensation is not bad either, depends on what you valued and how you negotiate.

Cons

Some of the information is not explained clearly to the incoming new hired. Sometimes you have to ask multiple times to get the info that you need. They are trying but definitely there is room for improvements.
