      Pros

      Some staff that are great. Christmas party starts at 12

      Cons

      Unhealthy and very unhappy culture Serious grievances brushed over Blame culture Lack of modern skills and experience in management holding company back Ever dwindling staff and budget Unsupportive and unprogressive culture, especially the managers who also don’t understand how to move the company forward - some people refuse to share knowledge or utilise modern tools in fear of losing their value

      Small company with some potential

      Pros

      A certain degree of autonomy with this being a small company. Software is better than competition. Central London location and some good staff. Support flexible working.

      Cons

      Somewhat of a blame culture and can be very difficult to get things done due to ever changing processes.
