Pros
40 hour work week They pay well off the start to get you in the door, But that doe not continue.
Cons
Insurance is bad. If you like to lie and be lied to this is the place. Moral is terrible. They burn and churn employees. They give you leads (you can't search for your own). Its a family owned business no matter how they present it as a "Big" operation. The multiple locations are just "shell" locations or one person operations. No opportunity for advancement. My advice ... stay away.
