      Nice people who care about their work Supportive overall team atmosphere Relatively good work life balance, if you know how to manage your time well

      Cons

      No growth or development opportunities No real challenges, especially if you've been there for a while, that allow you to tap into your potential and skillsets Favoritism among management for certain employees -- if you're not the star, even though you still work hard, you're forgotten After a while you just don't feel valued as a team member simply because of the lack of opportunity to learn/do something different or new

      Good people unfortunately no moral courage or leadership to be found

      Pros

      Good people for the most part, no team is perfect but just about everyone seems to care about the work.

      Cons

      Extremely patriarchal leadership team and philosophy. Senior leadership plays hockey with the "boys" and the good old boys club continues to hire and promote their own. Numerous, too many to count, connections of friends and family being hired and promoted. This place screams nepotism unfortunately. Extremely low compensation compared to outside companies for similar positions. People stay mostly because of the PTO and health care, which now that I think about it is really sad.

      Very low employee morale, disengaged management, inconsistent service delivery model, some nepotism, lower pay versus private bank, no formal career track for junior employees
