- Good learning environment for someone starting out in their career as a designer - Overall small team and company. So not has many hands in the pot at once - Comfortability in asking questions and going to someone for help

Cons

- Unorganized and all over the place - Poor management, not letting in help when it is needed most - Last minute communication on important project needs

The people who are suppose to manage the facility spend more time in their ego vs trying to help the company. Greg the owner(god loving who preaches the word) goes to the gym during hrs, Doug goes hunting vs supervising etc
