      Treated like a person instead of just an employee. Easily the most understanding, approachable and pleasant places I’ve ever worked at.

      Hybrid working. Flexible hours. 2 bonuses a year. Quiet working environment.

      Cons

      Hard work and idleness unrecognised. Complete lack of consistency across the board. Favouritism. No structure whatsoever to promotional titles.
