      Uneducated managers who are controlling Unpleasant place to work Managers have no idea how to increase profit margins Intimated by employees who actually can make a difference Bunch of losers who are holding on to their crap jobs CEO has not contributed to the growth of the business

      Really good products, the best in the industry.

      CEO is not capable of running the company, makes poor decisions and sales have gone down dramatically.

      Pros

      Great place to begin your career -full autonomy allows you to really develop and learn on the job. MD is a breath of fresh air to the company - injecting creative new ways of thinking.

      Cons

      Often a lot of hard work and man hours is needed, for minimal return to the business, which can sometimes be a bit deflating.
