Pros
Employee stock ownership program, and insurance benefits. The large new office, with state of the art break rooms, and conference rooms.
Cons
Terrible company to work for. HR is only there to protect the bosses, not help the employees. They are discriminant and prejudice when it comes to promoting, passing over employees with 10+ years of dedicated service for newbies with less than a years experience. Over the past few years multiple employees have been harassed by coworkers AND management to the point that they quit (after enduring for 6+ months, with no help from HR when reported)
