My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. Despite grand claims of innovation and disruption, the company lacks a clearly defined product or service offering. Leadership frequently overpromises and underdelivers, creating an environment where trust is routinely undermined — both internally among employees and externally with clients. The CEO's leadership style is toxic, characterized by manipulation rather than collaboration. Many members of the executive team lacked the competence or integrity needed to build a sustainable business. Instead of scaling, the company repeatedly falls into cycles of mismanagement and broken commitments. While the company markets itself as the "alternative" to traditional vendors, in practice, it operates with even less transparency and professionalism than its competitors. I do not recommend working here.

The CEO is the biggest liar and narcissistic person I've ever spoken to. The amount of bad hires hes made just drags the company down. People with no experience are in VP positions and don't deliver what they are supposed to. I feel bad for everyone still at the company, it's going to go down flames and it's going to be because the CEO can't look in the mirror and judge himself. Big deal, he came from Amazon, no one is impressed.
