Money is king, even at the expense of employees Management have no emotional intelligence Work/life balance is non existent. Work first, family a distant second Taking leave is considered as not being committed to work Technology is still in the stone ages. Promises, while being made, are almost never kept Opportunity for advancement is incredibly rare Opportunity for growth is incredibly rare. Offensive people are tolerated Support for personnel is horrible
