      Pros

      The benefits are good for full time employees. Most of the people are caring and work together well in the plant.

      Cons

      Low pay for everyone that is not "senior management" level. Very high turnover partially because of low pay and long hours and employee's aren't treated very well.

      Pros

      Company car, great health insurance, expense account is good. Wonderful people to work with. You get to drink beer all. The. Time.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Upper management is clueless on what should happen in the market. Pay is low compared to other brewery reps. They have so many layers and pointless titles in the sales department.
