Initially it was good, teh learning and the pay. Later things changed. They simply hire people and fired within months. Everyone afraid of what's happening.. No proper appraisal cycle..no reason why they ask to leave.. All the employees will b on sam confusion with out any job guarantee.

No job security No appraisal Politics Its a family company, if uare known to some one ur safe.
