      Flexible schedule, which is nice.

      Cons

      If your pt is in hospital your bot getting paid for that werk. Hard to find coverage when that happens. Also not cool when you finally get that extra day you needed and it gets taken and given to another aid becase they refused to do the noy 2 daya.
