Pros

Meaningful work, training provided, clients are amazing.

Cons

Management cannot communicate. Very insecure...if they feel threatened by you in any way because of your experience they will not support you. They lie and are constantly focused on being right rather than being open to having people come to them with honest questions and concerns. If you mess up even on ONE small thing, they will be down your throat. Their orientations do not train you for what they expect from you...especially in regard to documentation...then they will scold you for not knowing and gaslight you saying that you have been trained. Its very disorganized and immature walking into the office. Systems and processes feel outdated by a decade, and the people constantly have something to prove, making passive aggressive comments and even lying on a regular basis. (Eg. Making office appointments with staff when they could have dropped in when in fact, management is available...customer service gossiping about other staff and management when they think no one is listening....makes for bad rapport)
