Small company with a global reputation, and a great place to work

- Management really do want you to flourish in your role and career, and are supportive in helping you do this. We’re encouraged to help improve processes or ask for training. - Everyone is trusted to work where is best for them. We have access to a co-working space in Bath if we choose. - Despite being a small company, we’re known globally and have a great reputation in the industry. - Helping smaller companies or startups grow and enhance their reputation through our work is really satisfying, and it’s refreshing (coming from other agencies where this didn’t happen) for clients to view us as partners.
Cons
- Depending on what’s going on, remote working can often feel a bit isolating for some. Company and team away days are a great help in strengthening relationships.
