The only pro is the kids!!!

Cons

Have worked more then 4 years. No raises. no reviews. The people in the office do NOT care about the employees and do not know what they are doing. They have gone through about 9 different office people in the last 3 years. The QPs dont know there clients and never visit the clients.

Job is fulfilling most days, most co- workers were helpful with information and direct care.

Cons

Horrible attitude for management. Zero helpfulness from admin. Once company took over PHS, client and worker assistance dropped, veteran employees were not given raises to match the same pay as new employees. Workers were segregated.
