Company does not care about employees

Pros

fast paces, days go by fast.

Cons

Company does not care about their employees. There are very few people still working here that helped grow the company, why? because the company only cares about growing and not the people that help it get there. most of the employees work in a warehouse where it is 110 in the summer and 55 in the winter. Jeff Williams has the biggest ego and unless you are in his "inner circle" he wont even know your name or say hello to you. Treats people like grunts and everyone is replaceable. The best part is they promote the John Maxwell Leadership program but the leaders of this company have zero leadership ability. There is no advancement in the this company and if you have to work here use it as a stepping stone to something better

Pros

you get paid if they haven't gone broke yet

Cons

Awful owner and management from top down the worst people you will ever meet. They talk about everyone behind their backs, take credit for everything but do nothing. NO leadership, no honesty, just one bad idea after another. They are all uneducated used car salesmen . And an HR professional that is scared of her own shadow, or believes in employees being treated so poorly. Any good review is fake and written by management or paid employees with gifts and false job security. I am not a bitter employee just saying the truth.

Pros

-lots of entry level positions in various areas -good place to put on a resume before moving on to better -the production workers are great people in general -not expected to be available at all times of the day -easy work

Cons

-low salaries -repetitive work -benefits changed without notice or details, some of us lost a bunch of money because of this -weird religious undertones -donates money to a place that is involved with conversion therapy -management is really into these ridiculous leadership training sessions that are void of substance -CEO is the only one to laugh at his "jokes", it's very uncomfortable -of the few decent upper management folk, it seems some were fired for expressing correct ideas that the CEO didn't want to hear. this was super detrimental to the company -as soon as they started bloating the upper management, the majority of bonuses for the production workers ceased despite continued growth -the phrases and art on the walls are super tacky -bugs everywhere
