I started as an intern and I quickly progressed to a project manager. Although I had just graduated when I joined Absolute, the managers trusted me and believed in my potential. Career progression is definitely one of the pros. The owners and managers are also very down to earth people and since it is a rather small company, so you feel like you're part of a team.

The great environment, the team and the possibility to learn are the reasons why I am very happy to have worked with this company. The management team is amazing and everyone is really helpful. There is the possibility to change department and this gives to the employees the chance to learn a lot. The almost 3 years I have spent in the company gave me a strong background to manage a lot of different projects and clients.
