Kind hearted employer. Opportunity given fir those that work hard.

Cons

A stringer benefit package would help. Although I respect; small business benefitshas become very expensive.

Our leader is amazing and truly a master of his trade I feel that I am in the best hands God could provide. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. He has removed any doubt I may of ever had in myself personally and professionally!

Cons

Not sure I can come up with anything significant. If I absolutely had to come up with something it would be that I am challenged on a daily basis to reach goals.
