      The organization has a very positive environment with strong leadership and supportive people. Everyone works together well, creating a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere. The skills you gain here are highly valuable and go beyond expectations, making the experience very rewarding.

      I feel like there are no negative aspects in this organization. I genuinely enjoy every part of the experience, from the supportive leadership to the positive work environment and the valuable skills I continue to learn.

      There are many reasons that make Abuse Refuge Org a great workplace, such as: compassionate leadership, global collaboration, solution management, brave workspace, integral training of personal & professional skills, shared experiential knowledge, career opportunities and a revolutionary service for abuse victims. I have been volunteering with ARO since August 2021 and look forward to our continued business development & growth towards helping more abuse victims globally.

      Cons

      Volunteering remotely is great, but it may be challenging for those who don't understand the concept of volunteering within a structured environment.
