Abyat is run on politics, not performance. Leadership is reactive and short-sighted, more concerned with appearances than with building a strong business. There’s no real collaboration across teams—silos dominate, and people protect turf instead of working together. Accountability is almost non-existent. Mistakes are deflected, blame is shifted, and results rarely drive recognition or change. Management is even comfortable letting go of staff they actually need, only to hire people they don’t—another example of poor judgment and misplaced priorities. If you value data, teamwork, and a culture of responsibility, this is not the place for you. The environment wastes talent and energy, and you’ll leave with more frustration than fulfillment.
